Q. What is the approximate price of a whole cake?
A. It will be around 3,400 yen (for a 4-inch size, 12 cm in diameter) to 4,800 yen (for a 6-inch size, 18 cm in diameter).
Q. What is the approximate serving size for each cake size?
A. As a guide: Size 4 (12cm diameter) serves 2-4 people, Size 5 (15cm diameter) serves 4-6 people, and Size 6 (18cm diameter) serves 6-10 people.
Q. Can I make a same-day cake reservation?
A.Same-day reservations are also available. Please call your preferred store.
About the Online Shop
Q. Can I add a "noshi" decorative ribbon?
A. Yes, we can attach one for you. Please enter the ceremonial heading and your name in the remarks column.
Q. Can the gift I purchased be wrapped in wrapping paper?
A. Yes, we can wrap it. Please let us know if you'd like us to remove the ribbon or leave it on.
Q. I will be using this for a funeral. Can the ribbon be removed?
A. Yes, it can.
Q. Can I send items to multiple shipping addresses in one order?
A. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place a separate order for each shipping address.
Q. Can you enclose a letter for me?
A. Please inform us of your request in advance and send the items to the originating store so they arrive two days before shipment, and we will include them with your order.
Q. If I buy multiple items, can I get a carrying bag for them?
A. Yes, it can be attached. Please let us know after your purchase.
Q. Can I get a receipt?
A. Receipts can be accessed from the purchase completion screen, order confirmation email, or order history in My Page. Please download and print them yourself.
Q. Can chilled and room-temperature items be shipped together?
A. While it is possible to ship items together via refrigerated delivery, it is best to avoid products that are susceptible to moisture, such as cookies.
Q. I'd like to change the shipping address.
A. After canceling, please place a new order or call us to change the shipping address.
